As I'm working on the final touches of the last fall wedding of October 2011, I'm ever thankful to the families that have come into my life this year! The wedding photography and family photography I have been blessed to create with them this year has been a joy!

Lauryn {Bridal}

 Lauryn's mom flew in from California in April for her bridal session. These have been (for the most part) under wraps since then. Todd got to see them for the first time last night at their proofing session! woo hoo...here are just a few! ♥

a very special tree, on a very special land with a very special boy & girl...♥
a couple favs from last week's "just because" session.  I got to know Kristy and her family a few years back when I fell in love with their property and they graciously let me shoot my clients there often.  I had done Kristy's sister Kimberly's senior pictures under this tree as well so there's a sentimental attachment there for me.  Most importantly I had the honor of capturing Steven and Kristy's special day...finding out the girl's dad was terminal, the wedding was quickly put together and held in January.  I was blessed to capture some of their last images with their daddy.  Having lost my own father, I know God puts certain people in our lives for a reason.  I pray blessings, joy and healing for Steven, Kristy and their families!!  Much love, Deanna
