It's official! 

The studio is now on the list of volunteer photographers

with a new organization called

Red Thread Sessions

Red Thread Sessions celebrates adoption through 

the art of photography.

If you know anyone going through the adoption process

in the South West Missouri area

let them know about this,

they could qualify for a complimentary session! 

the joy project

As we launch into 2012 I am taking some personal time to get caught up 

and get this year started with a fresh focus.  

2011 was an amazing year that God blessed the studio with wonderful clients 

and amazing couples!  

This year my heart is in the joy we find in doing what we love and are called to do.

Josie is the first in "the joy project". 

she has recently graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center.  

Her passion for reaching the lost & unreached people have taken her to Argentina, 

Brazil, Mexico, India, the Philippines, Peru & South Africa! 

In March Josie will be relocating indefinitely to Brazil as a missionary! 

I had the pleasure of spending some time with her at the studio this past weekend 

and am honored to give her this send off!  

Her joy in her calling is obvious

and we'll look forward to being encouraged by her updates as her stories of  joy unfold!

Welcome 2012!

I am very thankful looking back on the past year(s).  

I thank God for bringing me through stage 4 endometriosis and a hysterectomy in 2008, 

growing my business in 2009, the sale of my house in 2010 and giving me peace 

through two studio moves in a year's time this past year.  

2012 promises to be even better than ever!

I read recently,(like this morning ) that we are given more than 525, 000 minutes a year.  

And I also read recently that it's good to start with the end in mind.  

Looking back on 2011 and the common factor that I can attribute to the growth of my business and the countless answered prayers is exactly that...countless prayers.  

Prayers for my family, my friends and my clients.  

So with the end in mind...another great year, 

I put my focus on Isaiah 2:17 "the Lord alone will be exalted".  

Minute by minute...

I look forward to what 2012 has in store 

and I pray the same for you!
