Miss Sophie highlights

Last night we had a gorgeous evening for Sophie's modeling shots and head shots. 

Working with her was a joy and I know she is off to a fantastic future!  I had a vision of romantic 50's and I think she did a great job with her own hair and make up to fit the theme. We had an incredible opportunity to shoot on location at a friend's property that is appropriately named; "Haminha" which is "the gift".  We had great light and colour!

Headshots for Yuliya...

Not only beautiful, Yuliya is talented in hair, make up & nails!  She's at RetroPolitan on the square in Ozark and has a gift for all three!  I've been going to her for a while for my nails and must say for wedding season she's kept me stylin!  

the joy project

As we launch into 2012 I am taking some personal time to get caught up 

and get this year started with a fresh focus.  

2011 was an amazing year that God blessed the studio with wonderful clients 

and amazing couples!  

This year my heart is in the joy we find in doing what we love and are called to do.

Josie is the first in "the joy project". 

she has recently graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center.  

Her passion for reaching the lost & unreached people have taken her to Argentina, 

Brazil, Mexico, India, the Philippines, Peru & South Africa! 

In March Josie will be relocating indefinitely to Brazil as a missionary! 

I had the pleasure of spending some time with her at the studio this past weekend 

and am honored to give her this send off!  

Her joy in her calling is obvious

and we'll look forward to being encouraged by her updates as her stories of  joy unfold!

Studio updates and winter set designs underway...

Along with all the scurry of Christmas shopping and holiday parties, and everyone staying indoors for the winter months,  we wanted to give you an update on the winter set design and festivities at the studio!  Here, our intern Megan models the new "Winter White" set and a street scene.  We're excited about the new ones coming in the weeks ahead and will be updating with those!

she is not only my new Farmer's Insurance Agent, but is just a lovely person as well! And I am in love with her little buddy, Buddy!! These new headshots will appear on both her website and her business cards! Can't wait for her open house!

Ariel...updated Headshots

Beautiful Ms. Ariel came to the studio at the end of April for updated headshots. She was relaxed and a pro! The outdoor shots ended up being MY favorite!

I've been going through some winter work and have lot's to get posted. Getting back at it with today's session with Jan Preston!! We swapped fun scuba stories!!! Jan, I can't wait to hear how your Galapagos trip goes!!
